Diesel blending optimization

C&I performed services – including engineering, procurement, and environmental management – to provide conceptual design, FEED, detail design, and construction support for this project. Major tasks included the installation of new pumps, a new mixer, new piping, new supports, new foundations, and new E&I components.

By installing a more precise distillate blending system, we were able to reduce costly cetane giveaway. We also helped the refinery bring the project in nearly $200,000 under budget.
