Cindy Erickson
Project Controls Manager
"Our role is to listen, question, and understand the risks, critical success factors, scope, constraints, and cost basis of our individual clients’ projects, and then objectively deliver the estimates, schedules and cash flows in the methods and formats our clients need to be successful."
Cindy has over 40 years continued experience in the construction and engineering industries, including estimating, planning, consulting, project controls and reporting, and project and program management. Cindy is a founding member and past president of the Kentuckiana Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and completed her Economics degree at East Carolina University and the University of Louisville. She is also a member of the Aspen ICARUS (estimating software) Steering Committee. Cindy manages a diverse Project Controls team by leveraging an extensive background in capital funding estimating preparation, detailed scheduling, cash flow projections, earned value management, and collaboration with client project management. Prior to joining C&I in 1987, Cindy served the construction industry as an officer and management team member for a commercial general contractor, and as a construction reporter for an international publishing firm.
Cindy believes that our clients are facing unprecedented pressures to deliver project cost and schedule information swiftly and accurately to management. These estimates, schedules and cash flows drive business decisions, set expectations, and can impact individual careers. She understands that best practice demands we deliver this project information as collaborators and project advocates with our clients.
