We make the estimating process as transparent as possible so the client can understand every single cost and its justification. Our Project Controls team is skilled in a variety of estimating techniques, allowing us to establish a total installed cost tailored to your project scope and funding level. C&I’s collaborative approach to project planning and estimating allows us to look at all angles, which improves the accuracy of our estimates.

This why we put so much effort and expertise into our cost estimating services. We help our clients build a portfolio of projects so funding can be allocated appropriately. We help our client’s plan their major capital projects by creating a resource loaded schedule to ensure construction activities can occur within shutdown or outage windows. Our schedulers have the ability to incorporate engineering, construction, and procurement to assist with overall cash flow management. The success of your project is our highest priority.
