A Charlotte native, Zach graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. Upon moving to Louisville, KY, he worked for MD2U as the Benefits and Payroll Administrator and a member of their Finance Team. He joined C&I in 2017 as the Benefits Administrator and has since acquired his SHRM-CP certification, became HR Generalist, and now HR Manager. He has also taken on the following roles: 401K Committee Chair, Retention Committee member, ESOP Communications Committee member, and Core Safety Team member.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys playing golf, coaching basketball, and spending time with his wife and three young kids.
