Laura Woods is the Manager of Marketing and Business Development for C&I Engineering, where she leads marketing strategy, business development initiatives, and client engagement efforts. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. She brings more than 20 years of business development and commercial leadership experience spanning the pharmaceutical, polymer, fenestration, and die-casting industries. Her diverse industry background enables her to better understand client challenges, identify opportunities, and connect customers with the solutions, expertise, and resources needed to achieve success. Laura is passionate about building strong relationships, removing obstacles, and creating value for both clients and colleagues. She believes that people and culture are the foundation of every successful project, organization, and business partnership. Laura and her husband reside in Louisville, Kentucky, and have two adult children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking with their dogs, and exploring new restaurants.
