Cooper Russell returns to C&I after six years with Jim Beam, where he gained extensive experience in project management. Previously, Cooper spent two years at C&I as a Project Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, along with PMP certification. Over the course of his career, Cooper has worked with Marathon Petroleum (Saint Paul, MN), 3M (Decatur, AL), and Jim Beam (Clermont, KY), accumulating 17 years of project management expertise across refinery, chemical, and distilled spirits facilities.
Cooper approaches every client interaction with an owner’s perspective. Having spent much of his career on the other side of the table, he understands what clients value most and strives to deliver the insights and transparency he once expected from engineering partners.
