Ben Brodbeck
Project Manager
"Ownership at each level improves morale and the quality of a project because everyone feels responsible for outcomes.”
Ben is a born problem solver, an engineer through and through. With a can-do attitude, he thinks outside the box to create solutions. A Louisville native, he completed a Bachelors of Science and Masters of Engineering from the University of Louisville. Working in engineering for more than 20 years, he began his career in highway design before joining the civil structural department at C&I. His experience as Support Engineer, Lead Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager gives him a unique understanding of each stage of the engineering process. As a manager, Ben encourages each of the team members to “own” the job. Ownership at each level improves morale and the quality of a project because everyone feels responsible for outcomes.
When not in the office, he loves to spend time on his bike, taking care of his yard (just give him a chainsaw), snowboarding, playing tennis, and road tripping with his family.
By prioritizing trust and communication Ben’s teams work hard to meet client objectives, turning problems into solutions.
