C&I Celebrates Employee Appreciation Month!

Employee Appreciation Month gave us the perfect opportunity to celebrate the incredible people who make our organization successful every day. Throughout the month, we took time to recognize our team members and thank them for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

As part of the celebration, we treated the entire office to a breakfast buffet, giving everyone a chance to start the day fueled with a delicious meal. Later in the month, our executive team stepped behind the counter to serve up ice cream sundaes, complete with an array of toppings so employees could make their own sweet creations. The event brought plenty of smiles, laughter, and opportunities for team members to connect and enjoy time with colleagues.

While breakfast and ice cream are fun ways to celebrate, they are just small gestures compared to the impact our employees make every day. Their passion, collaboration, and dedication are the driving force behind our success, and we are truly grateful for everything they do.
