This project is to provide a new petroleum barge offload dock capable of handling three (2) 295 ft X 54 ft cargo barges simultaneously. This dock would be located on the Big Sandy River and designed for safe mooring up to the 100 year flood level. The detailed scope includes: Civil layouts, elevations, building layout and details, details of barge, geotechnical information for design / Mechanical piping layout for walkways and on barge, P&IDs, PFDs, materials list / Electrical / Geotechnical including river soil borings / Permitting / Construction Management / PHA-Process Hazard Analysis.
