The objective of this project is to install instrumentation, piping, and equipment to satisfy the current Safety Integrity System (SIS) specification on the CO Boiler at the refinery. The heater will be modified to comply with new Safety Instrumented System Fired Heater Standards. The new heater was designed as a “replacement-in-kind” for the existing heater.
