Limestone Crusher

In response to the client's request for engineering to install a Metso WF 100 Waterflush Crusher and wet-screen in their Limestone Grinding System, located in the Reactant Preparation Building, the existing hammer mill crusher was replaced with the new Metso Crusher. Installation of the new WF100 Crusher included associated equipment, instrumentation and PLC as necessary to replace the existing limestone crusher and associated equipment.

Installation of a second Limestone Crusher in the Reactant Preparation Building was similar to the initial Limestone Crusher project. The existing hammer mill crusher was replaced with a new WF100 Metso Waterflush Crusher. The existing feed conveyor was replaced with a new wet-screen in the Limestone Grinding System. Installation of the new WF100 Crusher included wet-screen, instrumentation, PLC, water piping and electrical power equipment to replace existing limestone crusher.
