The objective of this project is to provide the modifications necessary to bring the PENEX Unit heater into compliance with the refinery’s current draft of the Safety Instrumented Systems Standards. C&I is to revise the Safety Requirements Specification (SRS) for the existing PENEX heater. This effort will include installing new fuel gas and pilot gas headers using a new skidded design.
