The objective of this project is to determine the feasibility of storing transmix for processing to eliminate the loss of crude throughput and limit the amount of transmix fractionated. This project involves the installation of a storage facility in the tank farm area to receive transmix from the pipeline section and provide pumps and piping to transfer the transmix to the processing facilities in the crude unit.
