C&I created a Fall Outage Plan in Primavera P3 Enterprise along with providing outage scheduling & training for Kentucky?s largest utility provider. A first cut schedule was delivered for the outage along with training on how to fully utilize the P3 scheduling software. The outage was reported to be the most successful in the plant?s history. The project was segmented into various phases, with associated tasks including: schedule creation - File Management and WBS Structure / Activity input / Constraints, Relationships / Project Codes, including Asset Management, Levels of Authority, Responsibilities, Progress Steps / Calendars, Timescales / Resources, Roles, Costs / Create Baselines. Reports and Updates - Layouts, Filters, Formats / Progress updates / Reports / Critical Path management.
