This project provided for the implementation of the refinery?s Gasoline Desulfurization Unit (GDU). Installation of pumps, associated piping and power and controls for transfer of feed stock, intermediates & products to and from tanks, modification of tanks for storage of off-spec products, installation of process and utilities transfer lines to/from units up to the new GDU battery limit, modification to OSBL storm sewer & firewater piping, upgrade of electrical infrastructure at north sub and cooling tower, upgrade of pipe racks, addition of extensive conduit supports, isolation of Merichem skid for mothballing, pressure/level/conductivity monitoring of Alky Polymer surge and neutralization drums.
