The refinery reactivated the crude barge loading line between the Wood River station and dock facility. The project required work on the pipeline, a new pump and motor, replacement of several valves and actuators, and instrument upgrades / additions. C&I provided electrical engineering support for the Wood River Reliability Upgrade which is associated with this barge reactivation project. Details included: P&ID development, single line development / update, lementaries diagram development / update, demolition definition, cable tray layout and support details along with a bill of materials, cable / conduit schedule, existing and expanded MCC layout details along with a bill of materials, instrumentation (RTD & pressure transmitters) and actuator installation details, wiring diagrams between field devices and PLC / OMNI, PLC / OMNI enclosure layout and termination strip details,revised or new Products Valve Operator / Control Bldg layout, material requisitions, record drawings, definition grade constructed electrical cost estimate.
