The NSPS Subpart J Compressor Project centers on the installation of a new reciprocating compressor. The ISBL portion of the project includes the installation of the compressor, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pumps, foundations, structural steel, electrical & instrumentation, and piping required to make the compressor operational. The OSBL portion of the project includes the installation of stranded gas piping to the compressor, compressor discharge streams, and associated utility piping. The Petrochem area scope will include the addition of split range controls to the existing control valves and replacing three existing positive displacement pump with six new centrifugal pumps. Construction of this project concluded in 2008. ULSD related work was constructed in early 2006.
