C&I provided the instrumentation, electrical packages, and assisted with the completion of piping design, civil structural design, and provided construction and startup assistance for the coker expansion. In addition, C&I designed the Coker flare instrumentation, consisting of flow measurement and composition measurement with a GC analyzer. The Coker flare line was also replaced to increase capacity and reduce pressure drop. The piping was increased from 24 to 36 inches.
