Decision engineering package development for expanding light end products coming into the Louisville area by way of the midwest pipeline.  Studied all of the terminals in the Louisville area to make recommendations on tanks, pumps, piping and electrical upgrades.  Routed piping and looked at alternatives for making Algonquin terminal a breakout / reorigination facility.
