C&I engineered a new process and packaging building, including new raw materials, silo storage, and containment. Extensive process upgrades were designed, including high speed powder hydration, product de-aeration, and high speed filling under nitrogen, and hydrostatic continuous retort sterilization. C&I also implimented extensive in-line QC testing. The comprehensive packaging project also included labeling, cartoning, casing, palletizing, and stretch wrapping.
