The client identified various improvements to their flare system to will bring the refinery into compliance with the intent of New Source Performance Standard (NSPS) 40 CFR 60 and MACT (40 CFR 63). C&I provided the engineering effort necessary to generate a Definition Phase estimate to implement the improvements.
