Scheduling Estimating

Our Project Controls team provides front-end services of cost estimating and risk analysis. C&I personnel are also members of the project team providing cost reports and schedules as necessary. This is accomplished by experienced personnel using software programs including ICARUS, Primavera, and MS Project.
